Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CallCopilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, free plan users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

CallCopilot is a desktop application that provides real-time AI sales coaching during calls. The Service processes audio via streaming transcription to deliver live coaching suggestions, MEDDPICC scoring, objection handling, and other sales intelligence features. Audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded — no recordings are created or stored.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data generated through your use of the Service, including transcripts, coaching history, and custom playbook configurations. Transcripts are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your transcript content. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

6. Subscription and billing

CallCopilot offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by CallCopilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CallCopilot does not guarantee that coaching suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular sales situation. The Service is a tool to assist your sales process — not a replacement for professional judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallCopilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
