List of Subprocessors

CallCopilot uses the following third-party subprocessors to help deliver its AI sales coaching service. Each subprocessor has been assessed for appropriate security and data-handling practices.
CallCopilot operates a local-first architecture. Audio is never recorded or stored. Live transcripts are processed in real time and discarded after each call unless you explicitly choose to save them to your device. Only the minimum data necessary is sent to each subprocessor to deliver the service.

Changes to this list
We may update this list from time to time as we add or change subprocessors. In accordance with our Data Processing Addendum, we will notify you of any intended changes and give you the opportunity to object before the new subprocessor begins processing data.
