Our commitment

CallCopilot is built for sales reps, not for surveillance. Privacy is not a feature we added — it is the foundation of how the product works. We designed CallCopilot so that your conversations stay yours.

We never record your calls

CallCopilot processes audio in real-time using streaming transcription and then immediately discards it. No audio files are ever created, stored, or uploaded to our servers. There is no recording to leak, share, or snoop on.

Transcripts stay on your device

Your call transcripts are stored locally on your machine — not on our servers. We never have access to your transcript content. You own your data and can delete it at any time.

We never train on your data

Your calls, transcripts, and coaching data are never used to train our models — on any plan, free or paid. Your conversations stay yours. Period.

No bots, no banners

CallCopilot does not inject a bot into your meetings. There is no recording banner, no “this call is being recorded” notification, and no visible indicator to other participants. Your prospect and your colleagues never know it's there.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: Email address and name when you sign up.
• Calendar metadata: Meeting titles, times, and attendee names for pre-call prep (if you connect Google Calendar). We do not read email content.
• CRM metadata: Contact and deal information synced from HubSpot or Salesforce (if you connect a CRM) to provide context during calls.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous product usage data (features used, session duration) to improve the product. No call content is included.

Data security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Account data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We follow industry-standard security practices and regularly review our infrastructure for vulnerabilities.

Third-party services

We use third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and analytics. These services receive only the minimum data required for their function. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Since transcripts are stored locally on your device, you have direct control over them — we cannot access or delete them for you.
